People often think mantra chanting is just repeating words.
But a mantra is actually a vibration.
When you chant it with awareness, it slowly changes your mind, your breath, and your energy.
Ancient yogis understood something powerful:
Sound can transform consciousness.
This is why mantra chanting has been practiced for thousands of years — to calm the mind, awaken inner peace, and reconnect us with our true nature.
Sometimes the most powerful things in life are also the simplest.
Just breathe… and chant. 🕉️

Gurmeet Singh Philosophy & Yogic Roots Teacher 🇮🇳🤍
Gurmeet Singh was born in Punjab, India, where yoga is not just a practice but a way of life. His path has led him to share the deeper layers of yoga—the philosophy, the roots, and the sacred sound of mantras.
He teaches Japji Sahib and Kundalini Yoga mantras as practices to awaken the spirit, open the heart, and cultivate inner harmony.
As an energy healer and life coach, he helps people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and live with greater clarity, balance, and joy.
His mission is simple: to share the light and wisdom of yoga so it touches every part of life, on the mat and beyond.
We are very happy that Gurmeet is joining our teaching team and will co-lead this training with us 🙏🏻 Sat Nam

Our final stop on the India Yatra was Rishikesh: home of the yogis and the sacred river Ma Ganga.
From diving deeper into the energy field of Lord Shiva (some recognize Guru Nanak’s son, Baba Siri Chand, as an avatar of Lord Shiva) to discovering and learning about many Hindu deities, relevant to us as Kundalini yogis, like Sri Kundalini Mata Ji (Adi Shakti), Lakshman (Ong Lakshman), Saraswati (Say Saraswati) etc. + tracing the path of Guru Nanak, who spent time close to Rishikesh—this was the final stop which brought it all together.
The energy of Ma Ganga—healing and soothing—translated to a relaxing time where gentle yoga classes, Ayurvedic wellness and cute organic cafes became part of our daily life. For a few days at least.
Now we are all on our separate ways to different corners of the world—Canada, the U.S., Germany, Denmark, Australia, the U.K., Switzerland, and for me, back to Italy (and a White Tantric Yoga course tomorrow, because—why not?)
Thank you so much for following along with our journey! Still a few more posts to come I’m sure, but for now we are no longer on the road.
Next up on our India Yatra, we went to Anandpur Sahib.
We visited Yogi Bhajan’s house, which was a great experience—seeing the beauty in the architecture and how he had intentionally designed the house. A place of historic significance for us who practice Kundalini Yoga.
We of course also went to Keshgarh—the place where Guru Gobind Singh created the order of the Khalsa.
For me, seeing the place where he lived, where his father—the 9th Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur—meditated (we saw his mala), and where his children were born, was a very special experience in particular.
We just had one night in Chandigar, before making our way to the final leg of our Yatra: Rishikesh.
Making our way from Amritsar to Dharamsala, and arriving to stunning mountain views and fresh air.
Evening dinner and long walk after hours on the bus.
The day after we went to visit Norbulingka institute of Tibetan arts—a serene oasis close to Dharamsala.
Evening shopping, dinner and exploring the sights in McLeod Ganj.
Next up: Anandpur Sahib
Next up on our India Yatra, the participants took on the 84 steps at Goindwal.
We started in Sultanpur Lodhi where we visited the Kali Bein river, where Guru Nanak disappeared for three days, and after reappeared out of the water, enlightened and delivered to the world the Mul mantra and Japji.
After we drove to Goindwal and the participants started the steps (some with Mul mantra, some with Japji).
It was a special day, as it was Guru Amar Das’ birthday, and the Gurdwara was dressed up and decorated beautifully.
In the early morning hours we completed and returned to Amritsar.
Follow along as we make our way through India. Next stop: Dharamsala
India Yatra — Day 1 & 2. Amritsar
Baba Siri Chand Gurdwara — meditating at the sacred sites, chanting Mul mantra and offering oil to the fire that has been burning for 200 years.
Practicing together — I had the great honor of teaching two classes at a yoga hall right next to the Golden Temple! A great way to come together as a group in these first days.
Visiting the Golden Temple — making our way inside the temple for evening chants. Coming back the next day for more explorations + langar seva.
+ Exploring the markets and eating lots of delicious local food.
Next up: Goindwal Sahib
Follow along as we make our way through some very special places in India.

The first two days of our India Yatra and we’re in Amritsar.
Meeting the group — Making our way to visit the Golden Temple — Yoga class right next to the Golden Temple — Tuk Tuk rides — Langar Seva — Visit to the Baba Siri Chand Gurdwara — and so much more…
What a great start!
Some men will carry everything in silence.
Pressure. Pain. Responsibility. Expectations.
Not because they don’t need help…
But because they were never taught how to ask.
They stay strong for everyone else,
while quietly fighting their own battles inside.
But here’s something most people don’t understand —
they remember the ones who showed up without being asked.
The ones who felt their silence.
The ones who offered support without making them feel weak.
Because real strength isn’t just in carrying everything alone…
it’s also in the presence of someone who says,
“I’ve got you” — without judgment, without noise.
Be that person.
You never know what someone is holding behind their calm face.
