We are seeking experienced and commercially astute Quantity Surveyors to join our commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects.
We have two roles to fill:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor, who will play a key role in ensuring strong financial performance, robust contract administration, accurate cost control, and effective commercial governance throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who will assist with cost control, procurement, valuations, contract administration, and financial reporting, working closely with the Senior QS.

Work on our Fleet Street project continues to progress at pace, with key milestones now achieved across multiple levels.
First fix mechanical and electrical works have been successfully completed on levels 7, 8 and 9, marking a significant step forward in the building’s internal development. Void closures and ceiling close-ups are also well underway, helping to prepare the spaces for the next stages of fit-out.
Over the coming weeks, we will be commencing plastering works, followed closely by the introduction of our high-end joinery packages. These elements will begin to bring definition, quality, and character to what is set to be an exceptional building.
Meanwhile, mechanical, and electrical installations are progressing steadily across the ground floors of Daniel House and Peterborough Court, ensuring strong momentum is maintained across all areas of the project.
With each phase, the development continues to evolve, reflecting the coordination, craftsmanship and attention to detail of the entire project team.

Work on our Cedaroe Mansion project at Woodberry Down, Finsbury Park continues.
The roof structure, including the steel framework and concrete slab pour is now complete, bringing the structure up to its full height.
The precast staircase has been installed, allowing easier movement between levels for the next phase of internal works.
Scaffolding is now in place on the side and rear elevations, enabling safe access as façade works commence. This marks the transition from the construction phase to the finer detailing that will begin to really define the development’s character.
With the structural framework now complete, Cedaroe Mansion will begin to rapidly take shape as a standout residential scheme in London - a testament to the coordinated delivery and quality-driven approach of the project team.
