VIN DE NOIX & JIAO TONG de Guillaume de @madamepang_ 🍇🌰 🍯 LA PREP 70gr de noix 70gr de spiritueux neutre 70gr de sirop de sucre 375gr de vin rouge (environ une demi bouteille) Mixer 30sec puis filtrer Puis ajouter une pincée de cannelle et une pincée de macie Laisser 24h en infusion puis filtrer 🥤 LE COCKTAIL 60ml de vermouth rouge 30ml de cognac 10ml de Fenjiu 10ans 10ml de vin de noix maison Mélanger �Garnish : une cerise au sirop #makeitsimple L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé, a consommer avec modération.

20h, on passe la porte de @madamepang_officiel Comme d’habitude, Guillaume et Claire nous font nous sentir comme à la maison. On s’installe au bar, et notre expérience nous souffle de commencer par quelques baos, classiques du lieu et toujours aussi gourmands. Pendant que @guihvt nous prépare une de ses nouvelles créations sur clear ice, il nous parle de l’histoire pointue de son cocktail, de politique et de ses ingrédients aussi surprenants que bien choisis. C’est là que l’expression “métier-passion” prend tout son sens. On déguste ce Barrio Chino, revisite coquine du Last Word au mezcal et au poivre de Sarawak. Une petite bombe, qui vous ferait presque oublier l’original et qui nous fait aussi comprendre que le retour de Madame Pang dans le @top500bars est plus que mérité.
