Been on journey, and been a little bit quiet, but not for nothing! I knew I had to clear some space personally to be able to hold space for others and their processes. I’m so glad I did and thrilled to be accepting clients again.
Guide your way looks a little bit different. Now we work per session. New clients at a 2 session minimum. *lots to discuss initially*
As always I will help you find a therapist, get insurance, face those difficulties, prioritize, plan, get resources, connect to healing modalities and more.

When we’re faced with challenges we have options. It’s hard to remember that sometimes.

I can be so hard wired to doing things how I’ve always done, reacting in certain manners, self sabotage, poor coping mechanisms etc. but every time I consciously choose different I witness a pattern break, an old habit die, a toxic cycle change course.

This is the most freeing feeling and something I need constant reminding from myself. I really does count on me to redirect my energy and create new ways of being.
