This hotel we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous and offered complementary qipao rentals, so of course I had to take the opportunity!!
The photos did cost extra but not much considering what you get out of it. The photographer I got was incredibly kind and fantastic at giving directions but also efficient, a true professional! We chatted with a staff for a bit and they mentioned he does wedding photography as his main gig and fills in with random shoots like this during off seasons. Doubtless he has plenty of experience with people like me who struggle with posing!
Gotta say though, I'm definitely not used to how Chinese studios edit their photos 😅

I will probably never touch an ultimate raid because I can't make that time commitment, but I made some coffee biscuits for the occasion of the raid release! Excellent for snacking on with a warm cup of tea while watching world first prog. I definitely have not eaten too many already.
This was also really fun to set up : ) too bad I didn't have an appropriately dark themed teacup for Gaia, so I went with something gold that at least can be a nod to Eulmore.
