How do I even begin to explain everything I feel?
Australia felt so far away and so big just six months ago; after two extraordinary months in this country, I found myself.
I found friendships that are now unconditional, a second family that gave me everything, and most importantly, I found myself and the future I want for who I am.
I laughed, I cried, I learned, and I healed. It was all part of a huge process that I don’t regret and would relive a thousand times.
Thank you to all the beautiful people and friendships who motivated me to get out of bed and keep exploring and learning. Thank you to those who made me smile at least once, even if they no longer remember who I am.
Thank you to my friends in Argentina who encouraged me to take this trip. Thank you to my host family for being there for me and allowing me to become part of your beautiful family. And above all, thank you to my family for giving me the opportunity to experience Australia, without you, none of this would have been possible.
The gratitude I feel doesn’t fit into words, and I hope these are enough to explain what I mean when I say this was the trip of a lifetime.
Dreams really do come true, you have to want them deeply and take action to make them happen.
Por siempre Australia ❤️🇦🇺
