As of January 2025, I have started a new chapter and venture with an opportunity. I took the position as the lead Sound Engineer at Hawaii’s newest Live Entertainment venue and bar, the @valorhi bar, located at the Wai Makai food court in Pearlridge Center - Downtown. It’s been a busy month, learning a lot and still learning. Mahalo to the ones in charge, @jahsato @_andrewtran and @ding_chenko for the opportunity. These corporate events be keeping me busy recently, thank you @imfvisions and @djkurious808 for having me just to engineer and run the sounds! OCT182024 - HEA ANNUAL CONFERENCE at Halekulani Hotel. Setup started actually on Thursday, the night before, and into the early morning. Running off of maybe 2 hrs of sleep, this was a great event, very informative. But on the production side went really smooth. Mahalo to Ian and the crew at IMF for having me be apart of the team for the day! OCT192024 - HMA’s OLA PONO IKE GALA at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom. Another great event put together by the Hawaii Medical Association (HMA). Once again coming in to only be a sound engineer. Minus the hiccup of the events outside the hotel slowing down the guests to arrive in time, the overall event was great. Awarding the best of Hawaii’s medical professionals. Got to work with brother @eric_hobie as he engineered for Makaha Sons. Truly another great event under my belt.
