AMY JO JOHNSON is coming to Garden State Comic Fest June 27-28th at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ! Amy is a multi-faceted artist with over twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry. With her main focus now being behind the camera, Johnson’s feature film TAMMY’S ALWAYS DYING, starring Felicity Huffman, had its world premiere at the TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. She also made her foray into tv directing on CW's SUPERMAN & LOIS season 2. Johnson has multiple projects in development. Kevin Eastman returns to Garden State Comic Fest at the Codey Arena June 27-28th 2026!! Born in Portland, Maine in 1962 Kevin Eastman began drawing at a very young age. copying children’s books and reading comics. Inspired by master storyteller Jack Kirby, and later by self publishing creators Richard Corben, Vaughn Bode, and Dave Sim, all his early work focused more on Science Fiction influences than traditional Superhero style comics. In 1982, while trying to sell some of his illustrations to local fanzines, he met Peter Laird in Northampton, Massachusetts and the partnership studio; Mirage Studios was formed. Less than a year later in the middle of a late night drawing session, Eastman doodled a new character he dubbed a “Ninja Turtle” to make Laird laugh—several sillier sketches and a final drawing of four characters later “Eastman and Laird’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” had officially entered the universe! Self published in May of 1984 the first issue sold out of its 3000 copies overnight and quickly became a fan favorite. Catching the eye of Merchandising Agents and Hollywood Producers, Eastman and Laird maintained full control of their creations while guiding them through Toy Licensing, TV Series adaptation, as well as Feature Film exploitation, and by 1989 the TMNT’s were number one in all three categories. Thanks to “THE BEST FANS ON THE ENTIRE PLANET!” according to Eastman, after 40 amazing years the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles STILL continue to find their way into the hearts and imaginations of kids, large and small. Legendary Artist Rudy Nebres is coming to Garden Stata Comic Fest Sunday Only June 28th! Rudy is a comic artist who has worked mostly as an inker in the American comic book industry. Known for his lush, detailed inklines, Nebres' most prolific period was in the late 1970s and the 1980s. Before coming to the United States, Nebres studied fine arts in the Philippines and worked in the Filipino comics industry for such publishers as Bulaklak Publishing, ACE Publications, and Graphic Arts Service. Rudy then went to start working for DC Comics in January 1973 . He has also worked for Warren , Marvel , Archie , Continuity , Valiant and others over the years. Rudy received an Inkpot Award at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2012. In 2017, he was awarded the Inkwell Awards Joe Sinnott Hall of Fame award for "an inking career in American comic books of outstanding accomplishment."

Zeea Adams is coming to Garden State Comic Fest at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ June 27-28th 2026 ! Zeea, daughter of colorist extraordinaire Cory Adams and legendary artist Neal Adams, has learned beside each of them. Both parents worked in many mediums, so Zeea has learned to work in pencil, ink, watercolors, acrylics, digital animation, even motion capture. Her commercial work was even part of a major Nasonex campaign featuring Antonio Banderas and the X-Men:Gifted motion comic! These days, Zeea is best known for coloring the art of Neal Adams on DC, Image, and Dynamite covers such as Deadman, Batman, Killadelphia, Mighty Mouse and her first ever variant cover Squish & Squash #1. Her most popular convention request is her color on commission art and her line of Voodoo Doll art!

Susan Roman is coming to Garden State Comic Fest at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ June 27-28th 2026 ! Susan is best known for voicing Sailor Jupiter in the English-language dub of the anime Sailor Moon, and remarkably remained with the role throughout the entire series run. Susan also voiced several characters in the 1990s X-Men animated series including Bella Donna, Amelia Voght, Callisto, Scarlet Witch, Warlock's Life-Mate Early in her career, she appeared in live-action productions such as Rabid and the TV series Flappers, and even was a runner-up for the role of Chrissy in Three’s Company. Her voice-acting repertoire is vast: in addition to Sailor Jupiter, she voiced characters like Melissa Raccoon in The Raccoons, Champ Bear and Good Luck Bear in the Care Bears universe, and Judy/Salima in Beyblade. She has also worked as a voice director for North American dubs of children’s shows such as Animal Shelf.

GSCF would like to welcome the New Jersey Veterans Network to Garden State Comic Fest 2026 at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ New Jersey Veterans Network is a volunteer mobile outreach program that is completely dedicated to helping our veterans and their families live a better life. Under the leadership of Francisco “Doc” Schupp, a retired Army Medic/Iraqi War Vet, and Veteran Activist. GSCF is able to provide many veterans and their families a fun filled weekend. We are so grateful for these men and women of our armed forces and are so happy they come out and spend the day with us.

He is best recognized for voicing Rex Raptor in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Chazz Princeton in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and Donatello in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover film, Turtles Forever. With his dynamic vocal range and extensive experience, Tony Salerno has made a lasting impact in the world of voice acting.

Paige Turco is coming to Garden State Comic Fest at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ June 27-28th 2026 ! Best known for her role as April O'Neil in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.[1] Other notable roles include Melanie Cortlandt on the ABC soap opera All My Children, Terri Lowell in the CBS series The Agency, Gail Emory in the CBS series American Gothic and appearances in NYPD Blue, Party of Five and Person of Interest.
