Bit late to the trend but hope you enjoy reading 😁
2025 - My biggest year yet. The calendar was stacked and my heart is full 💘 2024 - Got married ourselves 🥹💍 2023 - Still freelancing lots, but finally seeing more of my own weddings come to life. 2022 - I did my first ever wedding florals for a wonderful friend alongside @flowersbyjuliag 2021 - Nightshift at the flower markets, finishing TAFE, freelancing anywhere and everywhere. 2020 - Studying at TAFE + working with @bloomboxco . 2019 - Still in events and just stepping into the Bloombox world. 2018 - The big career pivot. Events → activations → back into live music with @gigpiglet (still one of my career highlights). Realised I’m absolutely not an office girl - I’m made for hands-on, chaotic, creative work. pictured is the gig where I first saw florists build a tropical install and it planted the seed of wanting to become a florist. 2017 - We skip this year 😂 Corporate job… not for me! 2016 + uni years - Pictured here is me working as an Artist liaison for a venue. I also worked every festival I could. Bar staff, ticketing, backstage, you name it I did it. I think I went to every Parklife and Listen Out until I hit 30 lol.
I used to shove so much stuff in my car for all of these jobs, I’ve gone from a 2 door Hyundai Accent to the i30 and now it’s almost time for a van 😅
Any questions about any of my jobs ask away! 🤗

Check out our gold candle holders with gorgeous coloured taper candles, brought the whole reception together 🫶
Part two of Jacob naming flowers, clearly I find him very funny 😂
I don’t usually have such funky florals so it was the perfect time to make this series

As you can see I’m clearly very into cake flowers right now!
For any florists out there attempting this, give yourself plenty of time, bring gloves and ask the cake maker for extra icing!! This was going onto thick icing so my suggestion would be softer icing would be better to achieve this. Still happy with the results 🍰🧁🌸
