We are proud to announce that we have been selected as the building partner for the final stage of the @levandeliving Cardinal Freeman Project. The project will see the demolition of some existing Serviced Apartments and the construction of 41 new Independent Living Units, including a new level of basement parking and external landscaped courtyard, all integrated into the existing masterplan. We plan to draw on our extensive experience working in live and active environments to make the construction process as smooth as possible for surrounding residents and neighbours. The staff at Growthbuilt, many of whom contributed to the amazing builds of Woolooware Shores, Greenwich Place, and Bella Vista Haven, are passionate about increasing the supply of high-quality Seniors Living housing in Australia. To this end, we’d like to thank Levande for the opportunity to continue to do so with them on the exciting Cardinal Freeman Project.

We know that in construction, it’s not just our team that deserves a big shout-out for their hard work, it’s also their families who are there cheering them on and making sure they’re supported through all the hustle and bustle. To show our appreciation for everyone’s efforts, we decided to take a break from the usual routine and host a fun-filled family day at Luna Park 🎡! This was the perfect chance to bring our incredible team and their loved ones together for some laughter, adventure, and quality time away from the office. It was so great to see everyone's smiling faces, from partners to kids, and even extended family, having a blast on the rides, enjoying some food, and making memories that will last a lifetime. This is the third year in a row we've held this fun day out at Luna Park, and everyone looks forward to it. We can't wait for next year! 🎉

Wow, look how far Ethos, Ellis St Chatswood has come! It feels like just yesterday when the first concrete slab was laid down, and last week we witnessed the remarkable progression of Ethos Chatswood, as it has now officially topped-out which David Hore, Senior Development Manager at Central Element recognised as "a huge milestone". We are proud to be delivering this project alongside @centralelementproperty , @aboutsjb and MaxCap Group, and as our General Manager Adam Ashcroft said "it takes an army to deliver a project of this nature", and this is a testament to the hard work, collaboration and expertise of everyone involved. Ethos Chatswood is a landmark development in the heart of Chatswood, offering a collection of ultra-luxury one, two and three bedroom residences and penthouses. It offers wellness facilities, boutique retail spaces and a breathtaking sky lounge. We can't wait until we're celebrating the residents moving in 🎉
