We've listed three problems you're probably facing while trying to make a career decision as a teenager.
Comment if there are other challenges you're experiencing. Like if you agree.
This is one very important rule. Before you dedicate long hours or invest a lot of money into a skill, try reading about it extensively and taking short online, maybe free, courses to be sure you're really interested.
If you are, then you can go ahead. But if you aren't, you can quickly redirect your steps into learning something else you are that pickles your interest better.
That way, you avoid wasting time and money that could have been invested in something else. Do your research first. 👌
As a beginner, it's important to volunteer to take up projects—even if it's for free.
That way, you will quickly build a substantial body of work that can aid your application for job opportunities.

What do you think about a product designer who also animates? 🤔
Meet Aishat, the 17-year-old girl who dares to be many things—and at Growteq, we're helping her set that dream in motion.
Smallie, as she is popularly called, started learning product design from the professionals at Growteq a few months ago.
She chose the Product Design path because it allows her to explore multiple fields simultaneously, especially since she has other interests.
Beyond product design, she also dreams to be an animator. A product designer who is also an animator. Interesting, isn't it?
Well, one thing is sure. Aishat plans to succeed at both. 🥳
"I want to be a very successful person in any field I choose."
We're excited to be kickstarting the product design career of this young lady who has only recently graduated from secondary school.

Tech for Dummies - Episode 1 🔥
Your target market is the ideal customer for your product. It is a clear market of people who have the highest potential to become your customer. The target market of a brand impacts all the decisions the brand will ever make.
For example, the packaging, the price, the location, the sales processes and so on are made to suit the target market's preferences. And that is why it's different from a target audience— they only impact decisions related to specific marketing campaigns.
So, how do you identify your target market?
📌 What exact problem does the business solve? 🤔
When you understand what problem you're trying to solve, then it's easy to identify the people you need to solve it for.
📌 Who do you want to market to?
Define the age, location, interests, behaviours, etc. of your market.
📌 Who is your current competition?
Check out the brands currently solving the same problem to see who they relate with. Check their pages, website and ads to see if you can get a glimpse of their market strategy.
📌 Test and learn.
You have to keep testing to learn what works best for the business.
