Modern American farmhouse style, with that unmistakable Nine in Six finish.
Our Upper Beaconsfield build is getting close to the finish line, and it’s coming together beautifully. It’s not just about how it looks (though it’s definitely a head-turner). It’s about how it feels to live in, how the layout flows, how the materials last, and how it all reflects the family moving in.
We’re proud of this one, and we can’t wait to show you the final result. Stay tuned, it’s going to be something special.

60 seconds of 3D printing 👏🏽
Innovative concrete printing has made a significant mark in Australia's architectural landscape with the construction of the country’s first 3D-printed pair of houses. Located in Sydney, this pioneering structure exemplifies the potential of 3D concrete printing to transform the construction industry. The Contour3D project, undertaken by a collaboration with GROUP Architects, CPM Engineers, and ultra modern building material and technology firms, demonstrates how this cutting-edge technique can overcome traditional building challenges.
The building showcases the speed, efficiency, and design flexibility that 3D concrete printing offers. In contrast to conventional construction methods, which are labor-intensive and time-consuming, this project was completed in a fraction of the time, with the walls of the structure printed in just days. The precision of the printing process allowed for complex, curved forms that would have been difficult and costly to achieve with traditional methods.
Moreover, the use of locally sourced materials and the reduction of construction waste align with Australia's growing emphasis on sustainability. The building’s innovative design also integrates advanced insulation and thermal performance features, further demonstrating the environmental benefits of this technology. As Australia faces increasing demand for sustainable housing, this first 3D-printed building stands as a testament to the future of architecture, where innovative concrete printing could play a crucial role in addressing both environmental and housing challenges.

Today our team visited this project - one of our projects where we are using 3D printing technology.
The precision and speed of 3D printing in building this project was great to see in person and demonstrates how much potential this technology has for the future of architecture and construction.
Experimenting with Ai architectural rendering. It’s very obvious that successful images are 110% reliant on the content and accuracy of the information provided. So, far from replacing the designer, Ai needs a creative director!
