āØšŖš»From surviving to THRIVING. šŖš»āØ
I battled the chronic disease of obesity, reaching my heaviest at 283 lbs. With the help of bariatric surgery, I lost 136 lbs, I kept it off for 3+ years, but then faced 60+ regain (I needed some of this regain, but not all of it)ā but I refused to give up.
When I started the 12-week transformation with
@grounds_app , I was 205.8 lbs and had just been cleared end of December 2025 to workout after facing severe post-op complications (none my fault nor in my control) that required multiple surgeries (38), testing, procedures, 4 feeding tubes, 3 picc lines, and even a port-a-cath implanted in my chest. Even through all of this I still showed up for myself and the community. I still worked full time as a nurse all but 6-8 months of those 4.5 years where I battled for my life. Walking into the gym for the first time in 4.5 years was terrifying. But I got out of the car.. walked in..& I locked in with
@grounds_app . I kept consistent. Even on the days that were hard I showed up. And those hard days ended up better because I still showed up. Through every set back I used it as fuel to keep going. To get back up every time I was knocked down. Today, I am 177 lbs ā proof that recommitting, refocusing, staying consistent, and believing in yourself can change everything. I am so grateful to this community,
@grounds_app ,

āØI am so proud of myselfā for all I have overcome and accomplished so far. Because there were many times I could have not been here. This transformation has been so much more than physical. It has been emotional and mentally transformative as well. I have seen such growth within myself. This is just the beginning. Thank you
@grounds_app for being a part of my journey. The results have been incredible. And a huge congratulations to Tiffany as well as all the girls. I am so proud of all of you. #groundsapp #groundstransformationsearch2026 #buffbunny #bariatricwarrior #strongera
