Introducing additional one-on-one sessions, not only for artists but also businesses like organizations and club promoters gave some extra depth to move the needle on things like starting a business with your band, delegating tasks within a team, streamlining promotion for your events and choosing the right venues for your tours. 👋🏼 | After seven intense and wonderful years, I am bringing GRöli Music to a close. When I left my agency desk jobs in 2018, I did so very intentionally to become an explorer. I got to dabble in so many areas of the music industry, from freelance tour management and merch management to booking, artist management, tutoring, and business coaching. I produced, promoted, and executed tours in and across all of Europe, UK, Turkey, Russia, The US and Mexico. I worked with DIY artists and with bands playing arena shows around the world. I sold merch to 30 people and to 3,000 people. I stayed in bunk bed band apartments and comfy sleeper buses, often one or the other within just a few weeks. Being the CEO, bookkeeper, salesperson, PR manager, and A&R of your own company is wild and incredibly humbling. GRöli Music has been a one woman army from day one, a framework that allowed me to be exactly the “jack of all trades” I wanted to be. 2026 marks the beginning of my quest to become, let’s say, a “master of some” 😝. Stay tuned for two big new focus projects I am currently working on: A coaching program for artists and entrepreneurs and a new live music business cooperation I am genuinely excited about. You shall also continue to see me on the road here and there 😉. A big fat wet round of kisses to the artists who trusted me with GRöli-booking their shows over the years. All went great. Happy attendees, happy me! 👉 Getting my hands dirty at local merch management jobs, supervising a team of amazing sellers and cranking out shirts for Kraftklub and Sleaford Mods 👉 Celebrated international women’s day working with this amazing team of hardworking women, selling merch to 17000 ladies at KIZ’s Nur Für Frauen @uberarenaberlin 👉 Confirmed more tours joining my favorites again this summer 👉 Time to celebrate my partner-in-crime’s birthday🖤 👉 Quick @chicha.music.agency trip to Cologne to watch @jayathecat_band smashing it with @thebennies420 at Live Music Hall 👉Always A Good Time with Jaya The Cat! 👉 Also The Bennies are now officially ours to book in Europe and UK. Such a fun band, what a lovely bunch! @kathisterl smashed it on the camera, capturing the show for us. 👉Home. I’ve now lived longer outside of Cologne than in it (yes, I am old). Still, home is where your Dom is. 👉Joined @gogogo_academy alumni @annyogrezeanu to the Berlin Songwriter Awards where she was nominated and came in a very close second for immersive mix on “Light On” 👉Anny’s very first tour that Anny and I (but mostly Anny) worked on went on the road and was a big success. I got to fan-girl and witness the whole thing in Berlin 👏 👏 👏 👉 Cycling at Tempelhofer Feld with friends will always be one of my favorite things 👉 Now back to the drawing board: Reviewing feedback from my attendees for new workshops and programs. @madcaddiesofficial euro tour is coming up quick and so is festival season.
