2 marathons in 3 weeks? If you ask me to run, I will??
Beyond being completely cooked - I am so grateful to have shared race day with my brother, a moment I’ll never forget. I was also fortunate enough to sit alongside my RTB family with two elite runners for an NB panel talk and prior to that, lead my good friends from Minor Planet through home turf for a shakeout run with Mikey and Joel.
Again, this sport continues to prove why it’s undisputed and a true art form of human connection.

Set myself a quiet goal of sub 3 at the end of January and can safely say, I am cooked. Not a weekend I will forget anytime soon after coming home with a 2:59:16 chip time & being gracefully humbled by another beautiful marathon experience.

I’ve been trying to process this race for the past 3 days but words cannot do it justice. After months of early mornings, late nights and training harder than I ever have C/O @coachedbynathan_ , Snowdon taught me a lot about myself and what you can do when you’re at war with your own body and mind.
Thank you @liamfurneaux for pushing me, for supporting me throughout this whole experience, I’ll never forget it and to our support team who picked us up at every moment we almost gave up. It wouldn’t have been possible without you.
Finally, S/O to the 83km Aid Station (last slide) which tested every part of us. I’ll never listen to ABBA again.
