We walked through our nearly complete mixed-use building on Johnston Avenue near @libertystatepark in @jerseycitynj today. In addition to 55 new residential units, including designated affordable units, the building contains amenity and tenant work spaces, and will bring a new (and tasty) restaurant tenant to JC!
#Modular residential work on #MainStreet in Willimantic @instamantic continued this past week, with another ten boxes set! Once complete our mixed-use residential building will contribute to the expansion of this New England city's walkable retail corridor.
Our condo project on Warren Street in the #historic @paulushookjc neighborhood of @jerseycitynj is nearly complete! The mass of the building is organized with a sensitivity to the rhythm of historic rowhouses on the block while introducing more contemporary elements including larger expanses of glass and metal panel to differentiate the structure.
Excited to see the first eight #modular boxes set on #MainStreet in Willimantic, CT @instamantic ! GRO has been involved in a downtown revitalization plan in the 300-year old New England town located along the Willimantic River since 2019. This modular mixed-use residential project will contain retail, amenities, and 60 dwelling units, and is the second building in the plan to be realized.
Concrete work continues at our high-rise multi-family residential project on Cottage Street in #JournalSquare despite the cold temperatures. Cast-in-place diagonal columns will allow for a distinctive facade on this rapidly developing block in the city. @jerseycitynj
130 Bay Street has been selected by @jc.landmarks as the 2025 #AdaptiveReuse winner! The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) originally used the early refrigerated warehouse as part of its industrial baking operation. #JerseyCity @kabrgroup
