This Saturday I will be debuting the first half hour (ish) of a one-potato musical based on the true events of my potato-farming ancestors.
You can’t book tickets so just roll yourselves upstairs of the Royal Oak in Chorlton to see something silly AND nutritious.

Got an idea for a new set you’d like to test in front of a supportive crowd? Our new workshops series, Blether Performer’s Playground, kicks off on Sunday 22 March, 3:30-5:30pm at SET Social.
Hosted by @grillinog and produced by Manchester Collective @bletherforever , this informal peer-to-peer rehearsal space is for anyone interesting in creating and trying out performance.
The two-hour session begins with practical voice and text exercises, followed by the chance to share a short set with the group. You’ll receive supportive feedback and have space to develop new ideas, whether it’s spoken word, storytelling, monologues, PowerPoint presentations, or something else you’d like to try.
Afterwards, stick around for a drink and a relaxed chat.
All skill levels are welcome. Please bring a short text you’d like to work with or perform.
