We’re strong believers in great beers over constant new beer & with three years experience under our belts, we’ve reimagined 3 of our favourite recipes:
Trifecta, first brewed in 2024 drinks like an American Pale in the shoes of a British pale. A three-sided collab with 2 of our birthday venues - this seemed like the perfect storm in a beer cup
for our third birthday celebrations. Bold citrus and malt flavour lead the way supported by confectionery sweetness 🍬 & pungent resin. clean finish with defined bitterness. Very happy with this one!
Nexus -our Mexican style lime lager, an idea in our heads for long time, was first released at our second birthday and has been nothing short of a smash! There’s a saying in the beer industry that “brewers drink lager” and we love ❤️ 🧡 ❤️ this beer! We’ve hung onto the last couple of kegs of our limited, Vienna Edition. With extended lagering time Malt complexity, light to medium bodied with a hint of lime & a classic crispy lager finish
CASK meets CRAFT & has a baby in our exclusive COLLAB with @thechequersfenny . Something in Between has been another mini-smash, with each batch selling out very fast… mostly drank by the loyal patrons of the chequers! For V3 we’ve dry hopped with Simcoe Abstrax for an extra piney suprise.
