This time weâre stepping it up - bringing our wind-and-sun charged, batteries to run the main stage at WOMADâs new home in Wiltshire. We can support large-scale events, by investing in cleaner energy solutions, while minimising their environmental impact for the futureâ.
Claire O'Neill: "Grid Faeries are here to remove noisy diesel generators off stages for good. To put it into perspective the batteries plus the additional wind turbines have enough power to boil the equivalent of 30,000 kettles - thatâs enough for 120,000 cups of tea!â
