There are moments that don’t just happen… they speak.
And this dress spoke long before I ever wore it.
From the choice of fabric to every tiny detail, while this dress was being made, one thing kept ringing loudly in my spirit — the sound of the abundance of rain. As random as it may sound to some, to me, it was prophetic.
So when my pastor called and spoke about me stepping into abundance, it wasn’t coincidence. It was God reaffirming His word.
And when my mama called and spoke abundance over me too, it still wasn’t coincidence. It was confirmation upon confirmation.
Then I received these pictures… and whew. I just knew.
Everything was intentional.
The hair — white, because I wanted to embody the purity and fresh beginning that comes with a new season.
“The purple” this exact regal shade because royalty lives in everything purple represents.
The detailing, the movement, the sound this dress makes when I walk… it sounds like rain. Heavy rain. The kind that announces overflow.
May 4th was my birthday, yes.
But this feels bigger than a birthday.
It feels like the opening chapter of a new era.
I celebrate myself deeply because I know what God has spoken concerning me.
