Ingredients
Dry
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1 scoop @grenadeofficial vanilla birthday cake whey protein powder
- 1 scoop @grenadeofficial unflavoured creatine
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Wet
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 50ml milk ( any is fine )
Other
- 10g dark chocolate chips
- 60g frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 heaped tbsp greek yoghurt
Method
- In a bowl, mix together your dry ingredients.
- Whisk in your wet ingredients until fully combined then fold in your chocolate chips.
- Grab a heated pan and spray with either some frylight or add a small amount of butter ( so your pancakes don’t stick ).
- Spoon your pancake mixture onto the pan ( this should make 4 evenly sized pancakes ) and leave to cook for a couple of minutes on a medium heat or until little bubbles start to form at the top.
- Flip and cook for a further couple of minutes then remove and repeat until you have no pancake mixture left.
- Meanwhile, add your blueberries and honey to a bowl or ramekin then microwave for 60 seconds.
- Stack your pancakes then top with your yoghurt and blueberry compote and enjoy!
