Staniel Cay, in no particular order.
A few days of turquoise water, quiet islands, boat rides, salty air, and those little in-between moments that make you want to slow down and take it all in.
Grateful for the chance to work, explore, and be reminded how good it feels to be present somewhere beautiful.

Shot this flying over the Exumas this weekend.
What stood out wasnāt the color at first it was the pattern.
All these natural lines moving through the water, almost like currents you can actually see.
The more time I spent looking at it, the less it felt like a photo.
More like something Mother Earth just painted
The ocean never repeats itself, which is part of why I keep photographing it.
What drew me to this frame was not just the wave, but the way everything feels in motion at once water, light, texture, energy. It sits somewhere between chaos and calm.
I love images like this because they push closer to interpretation than documentation. Less about showing exactly what the eye sees, more about holding onto what the moment felt like.

This is the kind of ocean art I keep coming back to, quiet, minimal, and full of calm.
A lot of my work lives in this space, where the ocean feels less like a scene and more like a feeling. The soft blues, the gentle movement, and the open horizon are what draw me most to this kind of seascape imagery.
For me, this kind of image is about stillness, presence, and giving the eye somewhere to rest.
A slower way of seeing.

Not every wave announces itself.
Some just pass through, leaving behind texture, light, and a feeling you canāt quite explain.
This is where Iāve been spending more time.
Looking for whatās usually missed.
And occasionally, it lingers.
Thereās something about the way the ocean moves at the shoreline.
Not the big dramatic waves everyone waits for. Just the quiet energy of water meeting sand, repeating itself over and over again.
Iāve always been drawn to these moments. The chaos and softness happening at the same time. The way the water pulls back, then returns again like a breath.
When I slow down, the ocean starts to reveal something different. The wave becomes a feeling more than a place.
For me, the ocean has always been a kind of sanctuary. A place where things quiet down and you can just be present with whatās in front of you.
This piece came from one of those simple moments. Nothing dramatic. Just the ocean doing what itās always done.
This image is available as a print if youād like to bring a little of that feeling into your own space.
Thereās a moment inside a wave where everything goes quiet.
No noise.
No timeline.
No expectations.
Just breath and blue.
I donāt chase waves for chaos.
I chase them for this.
For the stillness hiding inside the power.
That window where the ocean folds over and lets you in for a second.
This is why I paddle out.
This is why I shoot.
This is where I feel most aligned.
If this feeling belongs on your wall, these pieces are now available.
Welcome to my church
Itās been an interesting run of waves lately. Trying to line up the right moments, watching the wind, checking the tide, putting on a cold wetsuit. Sometimes it feels harder than it needs to be.
But thatās the rhythm of it. You wait, you watch, you trust the ocean to give you a window. And when it does, it makes sense.
The water turned that deep Caribbean blue and it felt like two straight weeks of swell stacking up. I havenāt felt that surfed out in a long time. Tired in the best way. Clear. Present. Grateful.
These are the moments Iām always chasing. Not just the action, but the feeling underneath it. The light, the texture, the energy that only exists for a few seconds and then disappears.
I created a lot of new art work during this run that Iām excited to share soon. For now, here are a few frames from the ocean doing what it does best.
One of those days that reminds you why you fell in love with the ocean in the first place.
Clear blue water, cooler air, light offshores.
Linking up with old friends, laughing, trading waves and good banter between sets.
Nothing forced. Nothing rushed.
Just good people, beautiful weather, and the ocean doing what it does best.
