Here’s Michael beautifully modelling the Brat Manhattan at @brat_climpsonsarch! Made with rye whisky, a blend of sweet vermouths and bitters. Paxtaran was made in house from sloes steeped in Anisetta with cinnamon and coffee and added to accent. Late spring cherries were pitted and brandied for several months for garnish. Lovely
