At Gen Con this summer, I got to check out a sneak peek at the Deck of Many Rations from one of my oldest D&D buddies in NYC, Ken Breese @berlingsbeard These cool cars give the food your company eats around the fire or at the tavern a whole new meaning. Make meals and rations memorable!
The cards look awesome, and it totally matches my late summer harvest mood in the PNW today.
The project is already funded on Kickstarter:

Deck of Many Rations was created for Game Masters and Player Characters alike to bring whimsical food items into your D&D campaigns. These cards add tasty depth and in-game benefits to your stories.
Item cards can be handed out to players when rations are discovered in-game. Our visually inspiring ration cards also provide small rules-based benefits as well as flavor text to whet a group's appetite for immersive game play.
Forgot to thank Liam from @theillumiteers for this awesome playmat of my face! This wholly cursed image was from a silly moment during my first big Livestream at work @disneylorcana for @ravensburgerglobal . IYKYK. I have been enjoying playing Disney Lorcana TCG on my face!
Still on a high from seeing Michael Shannon perform old REM tunes with original guitarist Peter Buck and bandleader Jason Narducy. My voice is shot from singing/screaming every word from Fables, Reckoning and Dead Letter Office. They even covered the covers! (Femme fatale, toys in the attic, etc)
It's not all doom out there. Today I shed tears reading the closing chapters of a story I started when I was 11 years old. Well done, Tad. Well done.
Shout-out to Calvin and Hobbes too, drawn by my sister @purplestreetchemacki .
Just rounded out our LIVE game of Abraxas' Precipice at OrcaCon. Thank you to Greg Tito & Jacob Mundell, special shout out to Chris Pramas from Green Ronin for his awesome introduction of The Expanse RPG.
