So I found out today that one of unused demos for My Little Pony was leaked to YouTube and I couldn’t be happier that it’s actually out there! (Even if through some shady back channels…) 🥸?!
This was one of my favourite pitches to work on. The producers wanted a musical theatre type “back and forth sibling/roommate quarrel song“ but done in a modern/hyper pop sound. So - this is what I came up with. Super fun lyrics to write (especially having two daughters) and loved playing with all these bright synth sounds.
Vocals done by the amazing @aliciatonermusic who did an incredible job bringing two distinct personalities and voices to the two sisters, Pipp and Zipp!
