Meet the Owners: Brady and Tim
We started Green Coast Construction with a big vision, and this past year has helped us reconnect with it in a meaningful way. For us, it’s about building a business that stands for quality and sustainability, something that leaves a positive mark on our local community.
We live and service the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers, which makes every project feel that little bit more personal. Both of us are raising young families here, so creating long lasting, thoughtful spaces in the area we call home is something we’re deeply passionate about.
The early years have definitely been full-on. At times, we’ve been so busy just keeping up that we lost sight of our bigger vision. But now, we’re regaining momentum and realigning everything we do with that core purpose.
One thing that sets Green Coast apart is that when you build with us, you deal directly with us, there’s no middle man. Tim and I are there from the first chat to the final walkthrough. We’re proud of the relationships we build and the standard we hold ourselves to. Whether it’s a full home renovation, a kitchen upgrade, or a new pool, there’s no job too big or too small for our team.
We’re excited for what’s to come and grateful to have the right people around us helping us bring it to life.
This was the first project for @02ants and a it was a big one to kick things off.
The River Breeze project in Tweed Heads is a large-scale renovation and extension, transforming the home with thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship from the ground up. A standout highlight for us was the curved off-form archway entry, which sets the tone the moment you arrive, flowing beautifully through to the curved details and high timber flooring inside the home.
We’re proud of this project. We are now working on project #3 for @02ants

A small project with a big impact.
This compact liveable space with a kitchenette, bed and bath finished with Polytec, was designed to make the most of every inch while keeping the look clean and functional. We love how this one turned out.
At Green Coast, we take on projects of all sizes from full builds to smaller custom spaces like this. The process is always the same: working closely with our clients to deliver the outcome they’re after.
Because good building is about the details, no matter the size of the job.
The strength of a build starts long before the finishes go on. During pre-cladding we install Pro Clima Solitex Extasana, carefully tape all joins and sills with Extoseal and Extora, and finish with our cavity batten system to ensure moisture can escape properly.
These are the details you don’t always see, but they’re what protect the home for years to come.

Our Biggest Project Yet!
We’re proud to share that Solura, Coolangatta is officially our largest project to date, and a true milestone for Green Coast Construction.
This large-scale renovation and extension, designed in collaboration with @habitat.studio.architects , has seen us raise the existing home, build in underneath, and deliver a substantial extension to the rear. It’s a transformative project that reflects not only the vision of our clients and architect, but the growth and capability of our team.
Taking on a build of this scale is a testament to the confidence we have in our people, our systems, and our process. As we’ve grown, so has our ability to manage complex projects, delivering on time, within budget, and holding ourselves to the highest standard at every stage.
For us, it’s never just about building bigger. It’s about building better.

Our Terranora project is wrapping up the framing stage, a major milestone on site, with foundations complete and the roof going on next week.
Site Foreman Lachy has been working closely with the entire team, and the build is tracking right on schedule.

Stage 1 is officially underway on our Terranora project with @02ants . Our second build together, and the excitement never gets old. 🤝
These early days are some of the most rewarding, watching the foundations take shape for what’s to come for our client (and us!).
Designed by the talented @mattwishartdesign this stage includes the concrete slab and sub floor framing, brought to life with timber supplied by @village.hardware and concrete expertly poured by @smithysconcretesolutions
