⨠Empowered Boundaries: A Spiritual Guide for Women in Relationships and Work āØ
Almost two years ago, I started writing this book after seeing so many of my female friends struggling with boundaries, myself included. I saw the ways we overextended, the guilt we carried for saying āno,ā and the moments we silenced our own needs to keep the peace.
I wrote Empowered Boundaries as a guide, a reminder that protecting your energy is not selfish, that your voice matters, and that love and respect should flow in both directions. This book is for the women who give deeply, who feel deeply, and who are ready to step into their power with grace and confidence.
This book is dedicated to all the women,
the healers, the seekers, the warriors, and the dreamers.
To the ones who have given too much, felt too deeply,
and carried the weight of the world in their hearts.
May this be a sacred reminder:
You are worthy of love, of rest, of joy.
You are not here to shrink, to be small, to be anything less than radiant.
You are the embodiment of divinity, of creation, of infinite wisdom.
To the women reclaiming their power,
to the ones learning to say no without guilt and yes without fear,
to those who have walked through fire and risen,
again and again, with grace and strength, this is for you.
May you always remember that your voice matters,
your energy is sacred, and your boundaries are a gift.
May you walk this path knowing that the universe moves with you,
supporting you, loving you, guiding you back home to yourself.
You are the rhythm of the earth, the pulse of the stars,
the embodiment of both tenderness and fire.
You are enough. You always have been. You always will be.
With love, reverence, and endless gratitude,

Last weekend in Yosemite National Park was one of those experiences that stays with you long after youāve left.
We went to celebrate a friendās birthday, but it turned into something even bigger, an unforgettable adventure through one of the most powerful landscapes in the world. Fernando and I made the climb up to the top of Yosemite Falls with a group of friends, the tallest waterfall in North America, and it was no easy feat. The trail demanded everything from us, stamina, breath, and a whole lot of determination, but every step was worth it.
Standing at the top, feeling the mist and hearing the rush of water pouring over the edge, it was impossible not to feel completely humbled by natureās force and beauty.
What made it even more meaningful was sharing it with Fernando. There is something about challenging hikes like that, the moments when it gets hard, when you are pushing through, that makes you appreciate who you are with on a deeper level. I would not have wanted anyone else beside me for that climb or for that view at the top.
Grateful for the mountains, the memories, and the people who turn hard hikes into beautiful stories. ššš§”
Iām always writing about fire⦠the passion, the intensity, the way it moves through me so loudly š„
But the truth is, I am mostly air
My sun, moon, and rising all live in the element of air⦠the unseen, the felt, the ever moving current within me š¬ļø
Standing in these dunes, wrapped in wind, watching the sunset spill over the sand⦠it was breathtaking
The air against my skin, the pull of it through my bodyā¦
Like I wasnāt searching for something outside of me⦠I was remembering myself
As a Libra, Iāve always been drawn to harmony, to beauty, to balance
But for most of my life, that looked like people pleasing
Softening my edges, adjusting my needs, reading the room so well that I forgot to read myself
I became the peacekeeper
The one who made things easier for everyone else⦠even when it meant abandoning parts of me
And Iām slowly, gently unlearning that
Because Iām realizing⦠balance isnāt something I create by shrinking
Itās something I feel when I am fully expressed
I grip so tightly to what I can control sometimes
Trying to hold things in place, to keep everything steady, predictable, safe
And when Iām not in control⦠it feels so uncomfortable, almost unbearable
But air was never meant to be controlled
The wind that day was wild⦠untamed, constant, alive
It didnāt ask for permission to move, it didnāt try to be understood⦠it just existed in its truth
And I felt something shift in me watching that
Maybe I donāt need to hold everything together
Maybe I donāt need to control the outcome to feel okay
Maybe I can trust myself enough to move with life instead of gripping against it
To be soft without being small
To be open without losing myself
To be fluid without feeling unstable
Air isnāt empty⦠itās everything in motion
Itās breath, itās connection, itās life moving through me in ways I canāt always see, but can always feel
And maybe balance was never about standing stillā¦
Maybe itās about learning how to let myself be carried without losing who I am
Not resisting the wind
Not fearing the movement
But becoming one with it
Learning how to dance with the wind š« photography by: @dianauniverse
There is a power in a woman that cannot be controlled, only awakened.
There was a time when women like me were feared.
Not because they were dangerousā¦
but because they were awake.
Awake to their intuition.
Their energy.
Their magic.
They called them witches.
Wise women. Healers.
Women who refused to disconnect from their truth.
And instead of being honored, they were silenced,
their power buried beneath generations that taught us to harden⦠to survive.
So many of us learned to live in our masculine.
To lead. To protect. To hold everything together.
I know I did.
I have been told more times than I can count that I carry masculine energyā¦
but that was not who I was,
it was what I needed to be.
Because when a woman does not feel safe to soften,
she becomes her own foundation.
But standing hereā¦
soft in the blossoms, grounded in my body,
I feel something shift.
The feminine was never gone.
She was waiting.
The feminine is not weak.
She is creation.
She is softness and power.
She blooms, and she endures.
And when a man rises in his true masculine,
grounded, present, supportive,
he creates spaceā¦
Space for her to soften.
To open.
To simply be.
And in experiencing a man who meets me with presence, steadiness, and careā¦
I have felt parts of myself soften that I did not even realize were guarded.
I am learning to trust that.
To trust myself.
To trust the light within me.
I will not dim it.
I will not harden it.
I will honor it.
Your power was never in how hard you could beā¦
but in how deeply you can feel.

The Spring Equinox is here, and I can feel the shift in the air. šæāØ
That moment where the earth finds perfect balance. Equal light, equal dark. Reminding me that life is always moving through cycles of death and rebirth, endings and beginnings, exhale and inhale.
Walking through the Japanese Friendship Garden felt like stepping into that space between seasons⦠where everything is quietly becoming. Buds not fully open yet, but no longer asleep. The air holding that soft promise that something new is on its way.
Spring always feels like the universe whispering,
You made it through the winter⦠now watch what you grow.
I can feel new beginnings being born in the unseen and seen.
New paths forming under my feet.
New versions of ourselves rising without us even realizing it yet.
Just like the trees donāt question when to bloom,
just like the flowers donāt ask if they are readyā¦
they open when the light returns.
This season feels like a doorway.
A gentle rebirth.
A reminder that life is always renewing itself,
and we are allowed to do the same. Allow old versions die while new versions rise and bloom. Allow what no longer serves you die while new beginnings rise and bloom. šøš
Happy Spring Equinox
May you welcome the new,
honor what has passed,
and trust what is beginning to grow.
Happy 30th Birthday to this Pisces king who came into my life and instantly brought more laughter, light, and joy than I even realized was possible.
From our second date, I felt this deep, quiet knowing that you were meant to be in my life. And every moment since has felt like such a beautiful blessing.
Thereās so much about us that feels naturally in sync, and I love how effortlessly our energies flow together. You inspire me to shine even brighter, and when weāre together it feels like time softens and the rest of the world fades into the background. Being with you feels easy, aligned, and full of magic in the simplest moments.
And honestly⦠when you started hiding little ducks all over my apartment, I just knew I had met my equal. As silly as it sounds, it meant so much. It perfectly reflects the playful, thoughtful joy you constantly bring into my world.
Iām so grateful for every laugh, every song, every meal, and every memory weāre creating together. Each moment with you feels like a reminder to stay present, stay open, and keep choosing joy.
Looking forward to all the adventures, sunsets, and spontaneous moments still ahead of us.
Feliz aniversƔrio!

Today is Christmas,
and whether you celebrate Christmas, Yule, the Winter Solstice,
or simply this pause in time where the world softens for a moment
today invites reflection.
As this year comes to a close, it feels important to look back.
Not with judgment, but with gratitude.
To honor every chapter we lived through
the light-filled days, the heavy ones, the moments that stretched us,
and the moments that reminded us who we are.
Every experience carried meaning.
Every challenge offered wisdom.
Every joy was a reminder to stay present.
We are shaped not only by what we celebrate,
but by what we survive, what we heal,
and what we choose to keep loving anyway.
This is a season of appreciation.
For the lessons we didnāt ask for.
For the growth we didnāt see coming.
For the beauty that showed up quietly,
and the strength that rose when we needed it most.
May we close this year with reverence for the journey
for all that was given, all that was taken,
and all that transformed us along the way.
Appreciate it all, it brought you here.
