Welcome to Graystone, our family’s new home and a project we’ve been chipping away at for a while now.
We’re running 391m² Stone Style tunisian pearl limestone through all the wet areas, across the alfresco and pool coping, and into a custom mosaic-tiled pool. All laid by hand, all by our own team.

Wrapped up the front porch with a checkerboard pattern using 600x600 limestone-look porcelain. A clean entry that sets the feel for the rest of the home.
One of those small areas that makes a big first impression.

The master suite at Karbunya.
Carrying through the stacked travertine-look tiles, with a natural stone mosaic feature adding depth behind the vanity.
Finished with a full wet area and bath you can see from bed, positioned to take in the view.
Hard to beat.

Even with the same tiles through the main areas, each ensuite at Karbunya still has its own feel.
Deep green gloss subways as feature tiles run through some of the guest ensuites and laundry, adding contrast and a bit of personality to each space.

Stacked 600x600 travertine-look tiles through the main living, kitchen and dining. Running from the front entry straight through to the rear deck over the water, creating an open and connected flow.

French pattern porcelain through the main living and kitchen, carried out to the alfresco and pool for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Finished off with a mix of stone-look tiles and feature details across the ensuites.
