Anyone planning on going camping this Victoria Day long weekend? 🙋🏼 We have a few egg-friendly camping hacks to help make the first long weekend of the season extra special! Mason Jar: crack eggs into a mason jar before you leave home, and shake it up for instant scrambled eggs or leave them whole to pour out one by one. It saves space, prevents breakage, and stays colder longer. Firestarter: place a little dryer lint or charcoal in the empty parts of your Gray Ridge cartons to use as a firestarter. Pre-made hard-boiled eggs: boil a dozen eggs before your trip, peel them, and store them in a sealed container with a damp paper towel. They stay fresh enough to last the whole camping trip. Ziploc omelette in a bag: crack two eggs into a Ziploc bag, add your toppings like cheese, peppers and ham, and seal.
