I’ve agreed to be part of the judging panel at this years @d_and_ad awards. In the past I admit it has been tough coming from the commercial side of publishing and seeing awards and recognition only going to art-based books with a totally different design criteria. This year there seems to be a varied selection subsections and categories. Also some commercial designers on the judging panel and @typeasimage as chairman. So there is a chance at least!
Closing date for entries is March 19th.
Thanks so much to everyone who entered work, helped put together shortlists, voted, counted, awarded, presented, won an award or came along to take part in any other way last night. We really appreciate it and look forward to ABCD27 when we can do it all again. - The Academy. x
