Gravity School Athlete Affiliate Program rider @charliegavins_ making amazing progress out in Portugal during our camps. Charlie has been working hard in the gym using our downhill MTB specific Gravity School strength and conditioning program in partnership with @leenewburn_ and on the bike both on his own and during coaching sessions 💪Tarouca is a track that Charlie couldn’t ride properly or safely in 2025. Now he is completing full, fluid, fast and safe runs during training. Well done lad 👏 Let’s keep building 👊

These guys produce an awesome range of power tools that we will be using across our bike park locations, work shops and race pits.
Here we’re rebuilding a worn out corner at the Compound using their plate compactor which is small enough and light enough to be manoeuvrable on the hillside, but still powerful enough to get the job done 💪

2026 is going to be something! Take a flow through a classic day with Gravity School to see what it looks like on a coaching camp or riding holiday with us in Portugal 🇵🇹
We’ve been working incredibly hard out in Portugal to create the ultimate experience for riders who attend our coaching camps and riding holidays! With the addition of an on site 8 person sauna, hot tub and huge outside chill-out zone, recovery and relaxation between ride days has never been easier. We can now also entertain those who are travelling with riders but not riding themselves, providing them a place to relax and enjoy the sun and facilities.
@fenixbikepark are all set to provide us with exclusive use of our training tracks throughout our camps, with the addition of the new red flow trail. Thanks to @trailtools.eu for the continued support 💪
We will also visit the IXS venue (30 minutes away), and Louzan Park (60 minutes away) for select training days.
Thanks to everyone involved, you’ve all worked incredibly hard and should be proud of what you’ve create ahead of 2026 👊

@rueben_taylor had a solid 2025 showing great pace in training and at some pre season races. Ready to step things up in 2026, we’re excited to see what he can bring to the races!
@oscar.hakes has enjoyed his first injury free season in a while and is fully reset, heading into 2026 healthy and ready to level up from expert to elite.
@marcus_es1 showed us great pace in 2024 during our coaching camps, and earned himself a place on the race team for 2025. Unfortunately 2 injuries in the off season meant it was a difficult season for Marcus, but he’s now recovered and ready to show what he’s got in 2026.
These guys will be joined by one exciting new elite rider in 2026, who we will announce in January during team camp, along with our new junior and youth rider 💪 All together we have a strong 11 rider team ready to send it in 2026!

Linking these 4 corners while maintaining speed and composure is tricky. Our cones back again and helping our riders to link corners 2 and 3 as efficiently as possible, as without them it’s easy to be lazy in corner 2 and run wide on exit, tightening corner 3 apex. While running this exercise coach is working with each rider on the specific techniques each of them needs to be improving. All 4 riders progressed nicely through the exercise 👏

Another great Compound session today. We ran another cone drill on a tricky corner that really requires the rider to turn with commitment, leaning bike and rider with it, to “snap” the apex of the corner so as to not run wide and miss the next jump. Cornering like this also increases exit speed when done properly, compared with being more upright, running in deep and turning with the bars. We worked on the techniques involved, which @angrybadger775 perfectly demonstrates here, and all of the guys improved across 5 runs at the corner, and progressed to ride it successfully in their timed runs which followed 💪 Great work lads 👊😊
