Not sure where to start? Read on: SKILL LVL GUIDE: 1️⃣Beginner: You still need to know HOW and WHY. You are working on weight placement, balance, and need a full and slow breakdown of moves. You are still getting the 2-step to make sense in your body, and focusing mostly on the orientation of the footwork. 2️⃣Beg/Int: You are a confident beginner; you know how and why but you still need to practice on making the moves feel more natural in your body. You understand the 2-step enough to use this session to help drill the moves you already know and learn new ones a bit faster. 3️⃣Intermediate: You know the moves/you can learn new moves fairly quickly, but you need to make everything BETTER. You are working on your muscle strength, your speed, making your movements more confident, and your stylization. 4️⃣Int/Adv: You do not need the basic movements broken down to you. I will never not be screaming at DnB class 😝 This memory is so fun, probably my favorite part of my trip to L.A. - I just love this dance and the energy we cultivated in that room was NEXT FKN LEVEL Im still not over it 🥹💖 Thank you @marygrace @gravity.la for opening your door to DnB - thank you LA for showing up (and almost selling out) at 9PM ON A WEEKNIGHT to do the damn thangg. Grateful, humbled, happy is an understatement. Wish we could re-live it over and over. To be honest I almost didnt post my freestyle part since we had been driving for 20 hours to get to LA and I felt like my legs were just NOT WORKING and i hated my footwork but its actually so wholesome, seeing everyone just vibe.
