I didn’t always know how impactful aromatherapy really was on my mood 🥲 until i found the scents that felt most like *me* and complement my day!
I think of each day holding two moods...
Day mood ~ feeling energized & present 🌞
Night mood ~ feeling of calm & intuition 🌷
I curate the tone of my day by thinking of scent as something that moves with me!
My go-to day scent lately has been Merciless Moon perfume 🤤 the juicy blood orange & pomegranate make me feel bright, full of life ❤️🔥
When evening comes, i love lighting a candle to recenter my thoughts ~ it’s not about disconnecting, it’s about connecting with myself!
I’ve been burning Burial Bloom because its soft floral notes have the most calming effect on me 🕊️
And honestly, i love how scent has become my favourite self-care ritual!
