This blouse was well worth the wait! We have a new pattern #grasser1336, and it seems everyone needs it 🧡
Our new release is all about femininity and elegance. The loose, straight silhouette, dropped shoulders and voluminous gathered sleeves create a sense of lightness, whilst the details make the look striking.
Blouse details:
– curved hemline,
– cropped front and elongated back,
– non-opening placket fastening,
– stand-up collar,
– drawstring waistband that can be tightened to adjust the fit.
The #grasser1336 blouse works equally well in casual and more formal looks — it all depends on the fabric and your mood.

Shortening a zip has never been easier. Katya Telesh, head of the GRASSER design studio, demonstrates this in a new mini-series. We’ll start with a separable zip. Keep watching – you’ll definitely get the hang of it!
Which type will we be shortening in the next episode: a non-separable zip or a concealed zip?
We call this dress the ‘Margot Robbie dress’ in-house. We spotted a very similar silhouette on the actress during one of her recent outings and fell in love with it. Today we have a new pattern – dress #grasser1335 🧡
It features a fitted silhouette with a clean fit, a deep trapezoidal neckline and striking raglan sleeves with high cuffs.
This new design comes in two lengths:
— below the knee — more understated and formal
— below the hips — the very version we spontaneously shortened right on set (we thought it turned out a bit too short, so we added 10 cm to the pattern for this length ;)
Dress 1335 is unlined and features a concealed zip at the back.
Perfect for occasions when you want to look particularly stunning. Just a reminder that the season of graduations, weddings and other special occasions is just around the corner :)
Until 14 May inclusive — 20% off our beautiful new arrival.
Have you already decided where you’ll wear it? ✂️
If you’ve been looking for the perfect trousers for summer, these are definitely the ones. Today, together with GRASSER’s founder Olga Rodkina, we’re taking a closer look at culottes – the trendiest and most interesting style of trousers in terms of design. Will you manage to sew a pair in time for summer?
Let us know in the comments which other trend you’d like us to cover – Olga reads them all 🧡
You need to sew this straight away! Because a skirt-trouser model (or culottes) is the most versatile option for summer trousers.
As you’ve guessed, we’ve released a new pattern! The #grasser1334 skirt-trousers have a loose fit, a dramatic flare towards the hem and a length below the calf. They look just like a skirt, but work like comfortable trousers (we love that!).
What’s inside:
— pockets in the side seams
— wide hem with neat binding
— sewn-in waistband (3.5 cm) with a slightly dropped waist
— concealed zip at the back
— relaxed fit thanks to the slightly dropped waistline and seat seam
This model is unlined — to maintain lightness and freedom of movement.
Don’t forget that until 11 May inclusive, we’re offering a 30% discount on all patterns — hurry up 🧡
We couldn’t leave the men out, so we’ve put together a versatile everyday capsule wardrobe for them using just a few key pieces. Everything here goes perfectly together, so you won’t have to rack your brains over what to wear the next day.
Remember, you can tie the sweatshirt or shirt over your shoulders or around your waist if it gets too hot 👌
Save this as a style guide and sew along with us 🧡
A jacket that ties the whole look together — that’s what the new #grasser1330 pattern has turned out to be.
This design is all about striking a balance between construction and wearability. Its straight silhouette, moderate volume and length that falls below the hips make it the ‘perfect’ jacket, one that fits easily into your wardrobe and works well in a variety of combinations.
What’s interesting here:
— a one-piece collar with a separate stand,
— a neatly shaped side panel instead of a side seam,
— darts that transition into the pocket opening,
— slit pockets with flaps,
— a two-seam sleeve with an open slit.
We’ve already put together a few looks for you: with skirt 1282, blouse 1104, jeans 1310 and turtleneck 1074 — so you can see straight away how this jacket can look so different in various outfits.
Don’t forget that until 11 May inclusive, there’s a 30% discount on all patterns at en-grasser.com. A great chance to get ready for summer ✂️
Sometimes the trickiest part of sewing is a tiny detail that takes ages to sort out. Take the zip slider, for example.
In this video, we’ll show you how easy it is to fit a slider onto a two-way zip. This quick tutorial will save you time, stress and the hassle of having to redo it all.

To make sure the first days of May are full of inspiration, we’ve put together our traditional selection of films about strong, complex and inspiring women.
At the end of the gallery, there’s a slight twist: the main character turns out to be a man. But that’s only at first glance. It’s just that sometimes women stay behind the scenes.
Save this and share it with your friends – it’ll definitely come in handy over weekends 🎬
Why does one jacket hold its shape perfectly, whilst another doesn’t?
With the new 1328 jacket, it’s all down to the finer details that aren’t immediately apparent. Katya Telesh, head of the GRASSER design studio, explains what makes our silhouette so perfectly tailored.
Spoiler: it’s all down to interfacing. But, as usual, that’s not the only factor (we’ve already talked about shoulder pads).
Take a look to understand the solutions behind the flawless fit — and how to replicate this in your own garment. And let us know in the comments: have you started sewing it yet?
May sale is on at GRASSER!
