Our immense labor of love, @grapefruitstudio is finally here. After 5 years (!!) of saving up, @hnryflwr and I set out to create a commercial photo studio that was rooted in emotion, memory, and intimacy—inspired by the old world architecture we love. We renovated it by hand, teaching ourselves ancient painting and plastering techniques and digging all over the tri-state area for special props and pieces you can’t find anywhere else.
