Construction Safety Week reminds us that safety starts with understanding the work. 🦺
Last month, Granite Construction welcomed team members who don’t typically work hands-on with equipment to the Caterpillar Tinaja Hills Demonstration & Learning Center for an immersive learning experience. Through hands-on exposure to equipment and a simulated shop environment, participants gained a deeper appreciation for the daily routines, risks, and safety practices our field teams navigate every day.
Note: Participants shown are not trained operators. All machine operation is guided and supervised on site by Tinaja Hills demonstrator instructors.
