After graduating from Queen's University, Carolyn Sterling began her career in television in the Business & Legal Affairs departments of Alliance Atlantis, and Corus Entertainment. With a wealth of experience negotiating talent and licensing contracts the logical next step was to move in to Talent Representation. After short tenures with other agencies, Carolyn (together with Morgan Flood) founded Grand Wave Entertainment. She prides herself on her passion and commitment to her clients, and working cooperatively with Casting, Producers and Networks to oversee a multitude of opportunities for them.
Founded in 2016 by Morgan Flood and Carolyn Sterling, Grand Wave Entertainment is a boutique Talent Agency in Toronto, Canada. We represent a small roster of prestige talent in all areas, including; on-camera acting, voice acting, screenwriting, directing, digital content creation, and stand-up comedy.
Having spent his early professional years working in film and television production on a number of Hollywood films and US television series, Morgan Flood eventually found his way into artist management in 2002. With a focus on comedy, Morgan spent years working with talent; helping grow, produce, and develop their careers as actors, creators, and comedians, many of whom he still represents today. After spending 15 years in the representation business, Morgan set out to form Grand Wave Entertainment with Carolyn Sterling. Because of their keen eye for talent, and years of industry experience, they represent some of the best established, and emerging artists in Canada today.
