Well, have you ever just walked on a street or shopping shoes or just sitting at work and the you just see something or smell something that reminds you of someone or something that's just not here anymore. It hits you different. Hard to explain for you who haven't been there, but for the rest of us we wrote you this anthem.
Let's talk about songs. Or at least a Grande Roses song. Or lyrics. Or Blood on The Streets to be more exact.
The lyrics might look like it was written in 2024 with all the blood shed across the world. War, occupations, terror, bombs, gang shootings, vigilantes shooting, mental illness aso. But history always repeat itself. It was actually written back in 2015. 4th of October, around midnight to be super exact. It was during the Syrian refugees crises and the crossing of borders into Europe and some of our politicians made a huge deal not wanting to offer help here, but in what country of war and terror they might escape from. Unbelievable insane. Also everybody knows that "helping over there" means not helping at all. The social media was overflooded with hate and things just looked so incredibly dark. Like a f*cking nightmare. I actually thought it couldn't get any worse. But hey! "When somebody says "it can't get any worse than this". It obviously can get a lot lot lot lot darker.

Six newly recorded Grande Roses tracks—a decade in the making, forged from everything. Since 2015, every time someone asked us about the next album, our answer has always been: ‘It’s coming... next year. Well, turns out that year is finally here. So do we want to get back on that horse again (pun intended)? Well It’s a bold assertion that some things are worth revisiting, especially if the outcome is uncertain and a bit too dark.
