Olivia Puckett (@oliviapuckett ), who starred as Peggy during Hamilton’s national tour from 2019 to 2021, will be joining us on this special evening. Puckett's Broadway credits include Dear Evan Hansen (Original Broadway Cast), Motown, and All Out.

Our 220th Anniversary Gala is happening next week, on May 19! We will be featuring a special live performance by former cast members of @hamiltonmusical to honor one of our founders, Eliza Hamilton.
Morgan Anita Wood (@mwood2013 ), who formerly starred as Eliza, will be joining us! In 2019, Wood debuted in Hamilton during the musical’s limited run in Puerto Rico, performing with creator Lin-Manuel Miranda in support of hurricane relief efforts for the island. She has also understudied all three Schuyler sisters.

Last week, we helped celebrate parents-to-be at a community baby shower in the Bronx! More than 350 expecting parents joined together at Bronx Borough Hall to celebrate and learn about helpful parenting resources.
Our teams from @ourplace10474 and the Tremont Youth & Family Center enjoyed connecting with both new and familiar faces and sharing Graham’s community resources that are available in the Bronx!

To honor our founder, Eliza Hamilton, we’ll be welcoming former cast members of @hamiltonmusical for a special live performance at our 220th Anniversary Gala on the 19th!
We are thrilled to have award-winning actress Stephanie Umoh (@youknowumoh ) in the room! Umoh starred as Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton on Broadway from 2023 to 2025. She has also won a Theatre World Award for her performance in the regional production of Ragtime.
This performance will be quite the treat in addition to celebrating Graham’s 220 years of support for children and families.
Our Graham SLAM and volunteering teams recently hosted a community resource fair at the Manhattanville Cornerstone Community Center! The fair brought together nearly a dozen partner organizations who shared resources and support directly with community members. From essential services to educational opportunities and wellness resources, the offerings included something for everyone.
This event exemplifies Graham’s practice of providing helpful help™: listening to what families and communities tell us they need and co-creating solutions.

This year we’ve been working to expand our proven Graham SLAM initiative to reach more youth—and we’ve almost hit our goal! Currently 536 youth are receiving supportive coaching that helps them build confidence, trust, and a sense of possibility and we’re on track to reach our goal of 580 youth coached later this year.
Strong relationships and meaningful conversations are key to SLAM’s impact, as one high-schooler, Chelsea, learned last year. After building trust with her coach, Chelsea was able to get support addressing her mental health challenges. She then applied for and was accepted into an arts internship that allowed her to explore her interest in creative writing! With increased confidence and sense of purpose, Chelsea’s academic career is now full of promise. She’s enrolled in AP courses and building professional skills that will serve her well on the journey to a living wage career.
