It was a privilege to be at the new Grafters Supergroup, in Brentwood Essex this morning. Held at the Heron Country club every fortnight, it focuses on networking solely to cater for the construction industry and allied services.

We heard some cracking examples of members winning work directly from conversations in that very room.
We also welcomed another new member into what is the biggest Grafters group in the UK 🙌 It keeps growing for one reason… it works.
Bit of fun on the side too. We started tallying how many times the word PADEL got mentioned 🎾 Safe to say it’s the sport of the moment. Players in the room. People building new padel courts in the room. Investors looking at sites. When trends move, this group is already talking about it.
What stood out most?
People confidently asking for introductions to specific businesses and individuals… and others in the room immediately saying, “I know them, I’ll connect you.” 👌
That’s what a proper network looks like.
