May invites us to slow down, to ground, and to return to what truly supports us.
This month, our theme is Roots & Stability — a gentle exploration of building strength from a steady foundation. Through standing postures, mindful transitions, and longer holds, we take time to connect with the body, the breath, and the present moment.
With a focus on the philosophy of Asteya (non-stealing), we are reminded to soften away from comparison, urgency, and the feeling of “not enough,” and instead root ourselves in presence, sufficiency, and trust.
