Meet Clara, Head of Coffee at GRADA, co-host and producer of Coffee 101. With 18 years in speciality coffee, Clara has worked across farms, importers, roasters and the commercial side of the industry, building a ground-up understanding of how coffee really works. Coffee 101 is an invitation into her world – the people, places and processes behind great coffee, from the ground up. Her dedication to quality and education shapes every step of what we do at GRADA, from bean to bottle, to cocktail.
