It’s a bitch’s birthday and I feel blessed and serene af. Thank you to my friends and family who have made this year one of the best of my life. I learned so much, shed 50 pounds, got to spend a lot of it in my beloved New York and the rest in my beloved Los Angeles. Loved my job. There have been challenges but they have taught me that all we have is the present. Sedona has got me feeling some kind of way because I’m posting makeup free selfies at my big age 🥳

Gratitude that even as the world remains tumultuous and uncertain there are always opportunities for goodness and kindness. Gratitude for leaving behind what didn’t serve me.
