Gracie’s Space was born from a simple idea: meaningful work thrives when people feel connected, supported, and inspired. We're not just an office, we're a creative studio designed to connect, collaborate and cultivate you with like minded people. Kelsie Gaffey - founder and owner of Gracie’s Wine Room. She traded in her 9–5 for a chance to build something meaningful, something warm, something hers. From day one, her vision was centred around connection: a space that felt like home, where stories were shared, laughter was loud, and community came first. After just 12 months of bringing that vision to life, Kels felt the spark to grow even further. She wanted to keep creating spaces where people could come together and be introduced to new faces. Enter Hanaka. What started as an employer–employee relationship quickly became something much bigger. They discovered they shared the same drive, the same values, and the same hunger to do things differently. Together, they imagined a new kind of workplace - one that notices all your qualities and encourages you to reach your full potential. That vision became Gracie’s Space.
