𖤓 More designs are blossoming and springing into being in my little studio! 𖤓 This pink flower dress is inspired by this period of spring in which everything seems to be bursting and blooming into life in such fullness and colour. This garment features meticulous construction detail with lots of hand finishing and slow gathering. Each cuff is adorned with wondrous ceramic buttons crafted by the lovely @annawaltersceramics Massive appreciation to the lovely @teganmv for her magical photography ⋆˚꩜。

𖤓 I’ve finally finished my eucalyptus leaf dyed blouse! 𖤓 Back in November, I was lucky to be gifted an abundance of offcut branches from the large eucalyptus trees in Morrab Gardens by the lovely head gardener, Joe. The inspired result has been this piece! This blouse has been a true engagement of slow process and practice- first constructed (with lots of hand-work and detailing), then the processing of eucalyptus leaves, garment dyeing and then finished with a hand appliqué eucalyptus-inspired motif on the centre-front. I’ve been offered the pleasure of photographing this piece in the original victorian greenhouse in Morrab- coming full circle, from leaf to garment! ⋆˚꩜

𖤓 I’ve been very busy in my little studio developing ideas and working on new designs! 𖤓 Inspired by springy greens, unfurling flowers and new beginnings- this slip dress has been designed as an embodiment of this transitional time of year as we head into brighter days and nature springs forth once again. I’ve taken inspiration from 1920’s slip dresses and silhouettes- freedom of movement as things are beginning to shift! Photographed in amongst swathes of yellow daffodils in Ludgvan, Cornwall by the lovely @teganmv There will be lots more to come- all garments will be available to purchase, details to follow!
