To be honest, I only intended to post these pictures and leave it at that. But lately, Iâve felt this quiet urge to share my thoughts without overanalyzing every word, so here I am.
I came across an article recently that said, âTo write like a tree, you must embrace seasonal slowness.â It spoke about a rhythm of fruitfulness that honors both rest and renewal, a reminder that thereâs a time to store up energy and a time to build with it. Rest is sacred, but it shouldnât drift into the kind of stillness that keeps you from growing.
On a lighter note, the theme of this dinner hailed âIgbo Kwenuâ and I said âehâ (or 8, whichever worksđ ). Did the hair, the dress and all that good stuff.
We had our very first guest on the Pod!đĽł
In our latest episode, we sat down with @graceeea_ as she shared her story of growing up as a PK and how she made her faith her ownđĽš
She gets real about the struggles, the shifts, and the simple but powerful habits that have kept her close to God over the years.

The year that Iâm not cutting my coat according to my size. Youâll catch me wearing oversized coats and making them look good. Unapologetically at that.
I have put my trust in the Lord and I have never been put to shame. So from here on out, I am daring to trust even more wildly. Hereâs to growing with the dreams that the Lord has given me and never holding back, with my eyes resolutely fixed on Him.

(Yes, youâre right, I did it myself with some help)
The Journey to 24 has been an interesting one but weâre here now. I typically donât do birthday posts just because, but I am so grateful to God for here that I want to make this a public memorial for Him.
Stories of Godâs faithfulness mark this journey and today I am living in the reality of many prayers and tears. My heart is full and maybe someday Iâll share in more detail but for today all that I have is hallelujah and thank you Jesus.

Story storyâŚ
Once upon a timeâŚ
A group of girls (some voluntary, others not so voluntary members of the single sisters society) had a meet up and we laughed and played and had a lot of fun. The end.
P.S. the babe in the last slide was not left out of the fun in her own corner of the world and she is very taken with a ring to show for it.
I wore a pair of sandals that I had just gotten and had an epiphany moment.
I went to the market with a clear vision of what I wanted. I saw many close substitutes, other more âbeautifulâ or elaborate designs of it, I even saw a different version of it but I remained insistent on what I wanted. Even though the shop owners were trying their best to convince me to get what they had, I remained persistent to their annoyance. I eventually left that day without getting what I was looking for.
However, some days later I went to a different market for a different purpose and in an unexpected place I spotted the exact thing I wanted. I crossed the road to the vendorâs stall and it just so happened to be that it was my size she had on display.
I bought it and today as I put it on in awe for the tenth time maybe, I realized that in life, when you have a clear vision of what you are going for, nobody can sell you something else even if what they present to you appears to be a âfinerâ option. I have seen that in recent seasons in my life as I prepare to take on a feat that not many can see the need for (a story I might one day share).
This vision I have is beyond me. It is just a part of Godâs grand plan that He has chosen to share with me and I would not be taking credit for it.
P.S Feel free to share in the comments whatever lesson stands out to you from my little story

So I stepped out for my country. Accompanied by two young lads, I got to take a trip down historyâs road. First stop was the Loosing Daylight exhibition by Taiwo Adeyemi. Next was Anthony Azekwohâs âThere is a countryâ.
The sky was showing off. I couldnât stay still in a lot of my pictures(itâs just so awkward to pose in front of people). I had two photographers @jolomijo and @therealundisputed that gave me their best shots (with a lot of directing, some were salvageable). My daddyâs sokoto and shirt were very comfy too.
If today was a film, itâll be titled
âThe adventures of an odd crew on tourâ.
This whole caption is a mess but Iâll embrace it because it is all part of the package.
