FAVORITE PHRASE // Corps de Ballet Member Grace Scheffel’s favorite phrase represents a true full-circle moment. At 9 years old, she appeared in George Balanchine’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream as the “tour jeté bug.” Now, Scheffel graces the stage as the Butterfly, performing alongside the role that started it all, and incorporating inspiration from butterflies past—including former Principal Dancer Suki Schorer and current Principal Dancer Indiana Woodward.
Hear from Woodward in next week’s Favorite Phrase.
