Today is R U Ok Day, so I'm leaving my comments section open on this post to ask you all how you're going?
I'll go first. This is NOT me right now, *swipe left to see me waking up after a panic attack looking like I’ve been stung by a bee*
It's been almost 3 months of lockdown here in Sydney, and to be honest, I've had the worst depression and anxiety of my life. It keeps me up most nights, and in turn have been sleeping in the day which makes me feel even worse. Not a fun cycle.
This pandemic feels like I've lost my early 20's with little progress to show. I'm embarrassed and feel like I've failed in life. Live music in Australia has come to a standstill, and opportunities feel pretty non-existent.
I've lost followers because of my lack of online presence, but I care about my mental health more than social media, so thank you to those still following my journey.
This is all to say that everyone struggles sometimes, so if you're struggling too, that's ok.

2024 and the little things I’ve taken joy in:
Took myself on a solo trip to Italy before playing a sold out show in London, cooking class in Positano, toured the whole of Australia with Stephen Sanchez, went triple platinum, made Legos my best friend gifted me, grew my first ever garden of vegetables to harvest for dinners each night, shucked an ungodly amount of oysters, cooked enough homemade pasta and bread to feed a small village, lots of camping, reading and baths, learned to golf, stumbled upon a golden retriever farm. Hello 2025 💘

For this shoot, we bathed the room in warm golden tones to bring this character’s warmth to life and dressed her in rich, bold hues that reflected her smooth, luscious texture and natural allure. 💛🧡
