Some of our previous clients needed help with their new home. We started by removing the old asbestos cladding in August. With the frame exposed, we upgraded the plumbing and electrical. Then, we reclad and repainted the entire place.

We took over this knock down rebuild at the start of 2025 from a previous builder who hadn’t lived up to the expectations of the owners.
We had a meeting with the engineer and decided on a list of structural issues that we needed to remediate.
On the top floor, there was poor workmanship of the window install and cladding. Some areas being severely out of level, uneven spacing, weatherboards not lining up around corners and most weatherboards installed upside-down. Windows had been installed out of level, poorly flashed and fixed.
After a month of remedial works and completing the windows and cladding on the ground floor we were at lock up stage and we could get the job moving forward.
We completed all plumbing and electrical, working with the owners to customise everything to their vision. Our team of trades completed all the finishes through-out converting this site into a beautiful home for the family or four.
This open plan living room transformation features a custom made entertainment unit featuring a curved edge in Laminex Chalk White Matt, paired with shark-nose shadow line handles on the base unit with soft-closing doors and drawers. The top storage cupboard is finished in Polytec Tasmania Oak Woodmatt, adding warmth and texture.
Integrated LED strip lighting enhances the space with a soft, ambient glow. Matching top to compliment the kitchen in Caesarstone Brillianza.

This home in Roseville underwent major renovations, featuring a complete new kitchen, additional bathroom & master bedroom along with living room joinery and walk in wardrobe.
