Each year, tens of thousands of people use the Colorado River Trail, but a missing connection has forced bikers and pedestrians onto a narrow stretch of highway with little room to move safely.
UDOT is closing that gap and beginning a larger statewide effort to build paved trail connections that work for residents, visitors, and future generations.
